Proceeds of Sales
If you plan to donate charitable contributions to Seeing Stars Foundation as a regular part of your business model, or partial / full proceeds of sales from events, we would require transparency regarding three important issues: Identity, amount and frequency.
The amount and frequency of the donations are up to you. However, the portion of sales (i.e. 20% of profits or gross sales; or 100% of total revenue...) that you promise to Seeing Stars Foundation on your website or through your promotions efforts must be sent to our organization in a timely matter. Please make sure you can commit to your offer.
Following are the guidelines for Proceeds of Sales:
To promote any items or events with the mention of the Seeing Stars Foundation name, you must have proper consent from our organization; You must receive permission in writing for the use of our name, affiliation, and trademark.
All promotional and marketing materials including but not limited to flyers, posters, press releases, newsletters, graphic designs, etc, depicting the logo or with any mention of Seeing Stars Foundation must first be approved by our organization.
All proceeds collected on behalf of Seeing Stars Foundation must be received by our organization within 30 days after collection.
